Below you will find an outline of our Management /Development selection process and how you can prepare for the best results. We do NOT require that candidates for Development have previous professional experience, non professional experience, training or professional images, but if you do, please be prepared to show us your existing materials.
Development Candidates:
Ideal Development candidates have a marketable commercial, fashion or fitness look and are able to take direction and learn quickly.
Management Candidates:
Ideal Management candidates will have a full working portfolio of high quality images that match their marketability and be able to pass all assessments tests, including displaying an excellent runway walk.
We will conduct a
30 second photo posing test
Runway Test
Commercial Cold Read
If we feel you have potential after this assessment or we have any additional questions for you based on your performance, we’ll ask you to stay.
If we feel we have enough information to make a decision based on your performance, you will be given a "yes" or "no" on the spot.
Receiving a “no” from us does NOT mean you should not continue to pursue a modeling or entertainment career, it simply means we did not feel you were a good fit for Management or Development at this time.
Dress Code
Women:
Bring or wear high heels.
Wardrobe should accurately show your body shape/type.
Women under 18 should not wear anything revealing or not age appropriate.
Men:
Dress to impress.
Your dress code is completely up to you, we’d like to see how you would potentially show up to a casting call or agency meeting without us giving you specific instructions.
Non Binary Talent:
We encourage you to show up as your most authentic self and in the wardrobe that expresses how you would like to be marketed.

We ask you to arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment but not earlier. We do NOT have a waiting area.
PLEASE plan your route ahead of time just to be sure you are not late!
Being punctual and reliable is KEY in this industry and we require this of any talent we work with moving forward!
What is Development?
Development needs can vary from talent to talent. IF selected, you will only be referred to the exact training or materials that are required in order for you to become a professional, bookable, marketable model and talent.
Development can consist of some or all of the following:
Online Training and FaceTime Coaching
In Person Training
Head Shots
Portfolio Services
Industry Education Training
Overall Branding and Marketing Guidance
If selected for Development, the talent, not the company will be responsible for covering any/all Development costs.
Our goal is to only select and create superior talent through our Development process, not mediocre talent, therefore we are strictly selection based. Again, please understand that you will NOT be eligible for Development simply by choosing to attend your appointment.
If you are already a professional working talent (meaning you have had previous professional training and/or experience and a full resume, head shots and working portfolio acquired from paying work, not trade shoots or paid portfolio services) then you will be evaluated for MANAGEMENT, not Development.
What is Management?
We have Non Exclusive Contracts available to offer talent who are at a professional level and prepared to immediately be submitted for paying work.
We also connect our Management models with additional representation with whom we directly work and offer industry guidance, advice and any additional training that may be needed to make the talent more marketable (at no cost to the talent). We take between a 10% and 20% Commission Rate on all jobs booked.
