What is Development?
Development refers to preparation for talent to enter the modeling and entertainment industries.
Development consists of skill training, test shoots, business industry education for parents/guardians, professional materials such as portfolio images, comp cards and resumes.
Talent under the age of 18 and their families have a higher success rate and a more consistent rate of professional success if they have attended some form of development prior to pursuing work vs. those who have not.
What happens after......?
Development is the beginning of a young talent's journey.
While Development and training can absolutely be used for fun or as an activity to boost self esteem, self confidence and valuable communication skills, most families also want their children to have a shot at working professionally.
Youth models and actors are booked for digital print ads, runway shows, tv, film, commercials and more.

How does my child start?
The first step is an in person assessment of your child's current level of skill, experience, personality, communications style and ability to take direction.
We are selection based, so we will only offer Development to families we feel will gain the maximum benefit from the instruction and knowledge and are able to take active steps to assist their child's career.
